Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide high-quality support to individuals in their homes and community. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and committed to promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice. Key Responsibilities Assist with medical appointments , including scheduling, preparation, transportation, and follow‑up Complete accurate progress notes , behavior tracking, and documentation Promote community participation through activity planning and engagement Maintain a safe, supportive environment using de‑escalation strategies Encourage independence, personal choice, and meaningful engagement Communicate professionally with team members, families, and supervisors Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with updated inspection, registration, and insurance.
