Starting Rate:

$18/hour Already NADSP certified? You may qualify for a higher rate — up to $24/hour!

50/hour pay increase . Your heart and hard work matter here — and we show it. What You'll Do as a Weekend Residential DSP As a Residential DSP, you'll help adults in our Residential Homes enjoy meaningful weekends filled with routine, independence, and fun.

Your weekend might include:

Supporting personal care needs (eating, bathing, grooming, dressing) Meal prep — or cooking together! Light housekeeping Medication administration & medical support Fun community outings, errands, activities, and day trips Encouraging confidence, life skills, and connection This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others make the most of their days.
