Personal Care Assistant

Job Summary Inaaya's Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in Philadelphia and Delaware County. In this role, you will help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving care in the comfort of their homes. We are building a strong, structured, and impactful agency — and we're looking for caregivers who want to grow with us. Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Accompany clients to appointments and community activities Remind clients to take self-administered medications Observe and report any changes in client condition to the agency Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Complete required documentation and follow care plans Requirements Valid ID and Social Security Card Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation (preferred) Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Ability to follow instructions and work independently Preferred Experience Home care, assisted living, or caregiving experience Experience with dementia, elderly care, or developmental disabilities CPR/First Aid certification (a plus) What We Offer Immediate hours available Flexible scheduling Supportive and structured work environment Opportunity for growth within the agency At Inaaya's Touch, we're not just offering a job — we're building something meaningful, and we're looking for caregivers who want to be part of that. Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
