This will be a 3 day a week shift requirement on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. 23 hours a week. This role involves assisting with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, bed mobility, ambulation, med reminders, shopping assistance, meal prep, assistance with feeding, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will be attentive, outgoing, and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home setting Engage the client in activities and discussions Support communication and social interaction using preferred methods (e.g., visual aids, prompts) Assist with daily routines such as meals, hygiene reminders, and transitions Monitor for safety and respond calmly to needs Follow any care plans or behavior strategies provided by the family or professionals

Qualifications:

Experience working with providing personal care services Reliable transportation and punctuality Strong communication and problem-solving skills Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor must know how to prepare meals
