Home Care Aide :

Paid time off benefits! Employee Referral Bonus! What does a Rouse Home Care Aide do? Traveling to clients' homes to provide hands-on assistance with activities such as bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, ambulation, transferring, bed-making, minor treatments and incontinency care, etc. Assist with meal preparation and housekeeping and answer client calls promptly. Provide companionship and assist clients with daily living activities such as distributing newspapers, writing letters, placing phone calls, etc. Ensure that the dignity of all clients is preserved. Report any changes in resident's physical or behavioral conditions to Home Care Administrator. Enhances home care department by working together as a team to accept ownership for tasks while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. What are the requirements to be a Home Care Aide at the Rouse? Must be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of a 10th grade education. Must possess a valid PA driver's license. Must be willing and able to pass drug/alcohol screening and complete physical.
