Family Supports Coordinator (Immediate opening in Temecula, Ca.) Position Overview Responsible for providing resource coordination and direct services to Individuals Served and their families. The Family Supports Coordinator reports to the CFS Director. The current pay rate for this position ranges from $25 to $27.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Role and Responsibilities Maintain accurate, current, and legible program records. Provide Coordinated Family Support Services and support to Individuals Served and their families. Attend planning meetings at the Regional Center or in the home if requested to do so. Value the worth of others and treat Individuals Served with respect and dignity. Go the extra mile to ensure the People we serve are satisfied with our service. Maintain positive working relationships with Regional Centers and others supporting Individuals Served. Consult the CFS Director for directions and/or assistance when needed. Assist Individuals and their families to apply for and maintain generic supports. Provide information and training to Individuals Served and their family members living with them. Individual can be a family member but cannot reside in the same home as the individual being served. Assist in advocating on behalf of and ensuring the rights of the Individual Served are observed. Participate in all required orientation programs and on the job training. Maintain Adult CPR/First Aid certification. Minimum Qualifications An Associates-level degree in a Human Services field of study or three (3) years of experience in the Developmental Disabilities service delivery system Valid California's driver's license Fluency in English is required for t his position. Knowledge of the Regional Center system Demonstrated proficiency with written and spoken English Authorized to work in the United States
