Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide.

$15.75 - $20.45 We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. Overview Home Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home. Education No specific education requirements Certification/Licensure CNA or nursing assistant/aide certification (Required) BLS (Required within 90 days) Experience Basic and routine patient care Personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding Intake/output Ambulation Assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home
