The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. ## Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record vital signs to track the patient's health status
• Provide hospice care and emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, considering dietary restrictions
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily tasks
• Lift and transfer patients safely as needed ## Experience ###

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in vital signs monitoring
• Experience in medication administration
• Knowledge of hospice care principles
• Ability to use medical systems for documentation
• Strong patient care skills ###

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Comfort working with individuals with developmental disabilities
