Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Direct Support person (DSP)

Dis-generation group is Assisted living homecare company and is seeking for diligent PCA's/DSP to work in their homes. Part of the job descriptions for this positions are: Being able to assist clients with their daily chores and needs. This includes doing laundry and cleaning their rooms. Also you will be expected to do groceries, preparing meals for the clients, create and take clients out to activities as may be required by each client. Assist clients with baths if needed, help them with rooming, give medications and check vital signs as needed, Experience is an A+ but not a requirement. We will be willing to train any interested person without experience. ' '

Duties:

Reporting changes in the health or status of the client Reading, writing, and carrying out directions Charting or taking notes for others to review Providing companionship and supportive listening Feeding clients Administering medication Transporting client to appointments Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities Available shifts are 1. Thursday & Friday 7am to 3pm and every other Saturday & Sunday 7am 7pm 2. Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 3pm to 11pm 3.
