We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Direct Service Professionals (DSP). This position serves as an important role and a collaborative team that provides support to our members. The DSP is responsible for supporting, teaching, and empowering our members in this 24-hour residential community. They also assist with program implementation, meal preparation, ADL skills training, transportation and other duties as needed. A variety of shifts are available, including some weekends. Familiarity with American Sign Language is a plus, however this skill may also be acquired on the job. The starting pay is $20/hour, and full-time employees are eligible for benefits.
