Job Description

HBTS Behavioral Support - Location Part-time Evening Positions Weekday Evenings Between 2 & 8 p.m. - $27.50/ hour -
The Position:
Ocean State Behavioral is hiring PASS Direct Support Professionals for part-time evening positions supporting individuals in home and community settings throughout Rhode Island.
Requirements:
Be at least 19 years of age Have valid driver's license Access to a reliable personal vehicle Answer yes to
AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
I have an Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field. (i.e., psychology, counseling, child development, etc…) I have completed a high school or GED level of education AND have at least one year of supervised experience working with children. I have completed a high school or GED level of education AND have at least three years of experience working with adults who have developmental disabilities. I have completed at least 24 credits towards a Bachelor's level degree in Human Services or related field
The Job:
HBTS Direct Support Professionals work directly with children and families to help support behavioral goals, improve daily functioning, and reinforce positive behaviors in home and community settings.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting clients and families during scheduled sessions Implementing individualized behavioral support plans Teaching and reinforcing positive behavioral strategies Collecting session data and completing daily documentation Communicating regularly with supervisors and clinical staff Providing structured, supportive interactions in community settings
