Direct Support Professional (DSP)•
Per Diem Location:
West Warwick, RI & West Greenwich, RI Shifts:
1st & 2nd Shift Arbor Associates is hiring DSPs to support adult males in a group home setting with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. This is a per diem role with flexibility, but we're looking for staff who show up, engage, and follow through. What You'll Do Support individuals in a structured group home environment Assist with ADLs (hygiene, meals, daily routines) Actively engage clients —this is not a sit-back role Provide support around behavioral and developmental needs Maintain consistency and communicate with the team What We're Looking For 1st and/or 2nd shift availability Must be able to work in West Warwick Comfortable with behavioral challenges Outgoing, hands-on, and reliable Experience in DSP or human services is a plus Why You'll Love Working withArbor Associates:

- You'll have a dedicated point of contact at every stage of working with us.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Direct Care or Human Services, or in roles like CNA, Residential Counselor, HHA, Mental Health Worker, Caregiver, childcare worker, PCA, or similar. CPR and First Aid Certification. Willingness to obtain additional on-the-job training in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) techniques, Medication Administration (MAP), or Safety Care as required for each worksite. Reliable transportation & active, valid driver's license High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass extensive background screening, including fingerprinting with agencies like the EEC or DDS.
