Direct Support Professional - Adult Residential (Westerly, RI) - ALL SHIFTS

Perspectives Corporation is hiring immediately for Direct Support Professionals in the Adult Residential Services across South County, RI including: Westerly, Charlestown, Hope Valley, Narragansett, and Wakefield. Immediate Openings for part-time and full-time DSPs in Adult Residential Services for all shifts - including shift differential pay for all weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 2nd and 3rd shifts! As a Direct Support Professional, you will work in a residential setting supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This rewarding role focuses on promoting community integration and assisting individuals in maintaining essential daily living skills. We require a favorable criminal record check, safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Household management (cooking, cleaning, laundry) Support community and daily living skills Building and maintaining healthy friendships and relationships Administering medications Transporting individuals to work, appointments, and outings Exploring recreational activities that reflect the individual's interests
