Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while assisting with daily living activities. This role requires a blend of clinical skills and personal care, making it crucial for candidates to have experience in various caregiving environments. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Every client is different. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Maintain cleanliness in the client's living space, including laundry and light housekeeping tasks. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information. Qualifications Previous experience in home health care or similar caregiving roles is preferred. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation is advantageous. CPR certification is required; additional certifications in catheter care or long-term care experience are a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
