Responsibilities As a Personal Care Assistant, you will: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to improve patients' quality of life Monitor patients' overall condition and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following hygiene and safety protocols Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and transportation within the home Support patients and families by reinforcing care plans and healthy daily routines Encourage independence while treating all patients with dignity, respect, and compassion Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform tasks that may involve lifting or extended periods of standing A caring, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to high-quality care Reliability, professionalism, and respect for patient confidentiality Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
