Duties:

• Provide personal care assistance to individuals in a variety of settings, such as assisted living facilities or private homes.
• Assist with primary care tasks, assisting with mobility, and providing support with activities of daily living.
• Provide dementia care and support for individuals with memory loss or cognitive impairments.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of assisted living principles and practices.
• Ability to provide primary care tasks, such as assisting with mobility.
• Understanding of dementia care techniques and strategies.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
