• Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) Medustrial Staffing Agency is seeking caring, compassionate, and dependable individuals to join our team as Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at a DDSN special needs facility serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our ideal Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) has a passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Job Responsibilities

• Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) Provide direct hands-on care and supervision to individuals with disabilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, grooming, hair care, and dressing Oral hygiene and toileting Feeding assistance as needed Administer and document medication in accordance with agency policy Follow and implement assigned Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) Assist with Individual Support Plans (ISP) and active treatment programs in compliance with ICF/ID standards Accurately complete daily documentation and data collection Report significant incidents and suspected abuse immediately per policy Transport and monitor individuals to appointments and community activities Maintain a safe and supportive environment at all times Available Shifts•Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) All shifts are still open at this time Must be available to work full-time, be on call, and work rotating weekends Requirements•Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) (Must Have All of the Following) High School Diploma or GED Completed Physical (Required) Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (preferred) Valid CPR & First Aid Certification 2-Step TB Skin Test (Required)

Vaccinated or Approved Exemption Two Forms of Government-Issued ID Ability to complete background check, DSS screening, and drug screening Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) if transporting clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays You must have all required credentials already obtained before applying for the Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) position.
