Flexible client schedules; Weekend are currently available and fill in position during the week. 7 hours a day.

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team in delivering exceptional in-home care. You will assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will be reliable and committed to providing excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation Provide companionship by engaging patients in meaningful conversations and activities Observe and monitor patients' conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the office Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety and health standards Follow individualized care plans and instructions from nurses and management Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs as needed Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
