Key Duties Personal & Skin Care:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and routine skin care to maintain hygiene and prevent skin breakdown.

Health Monitoring:

Track vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature) and document any changes in client health.

Daily Living Support:

Assist with toileting, mobility transfers (Hoyer lifts/wheelchairs), and ambulation.

Medical & Nutrition:

Provide medication reminders and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.

Household & Social:

Perform light housekeeping and offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.

Specialized Care:

Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or developmental disabilities.

Requirements & Experience Experience:

Prior work in home health, assisted living, or group homes preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Safety:

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
