Contract Healthcare Assistant CFO

Assistant CFO Healthcare Contract We are seeking an experienced Assistant CFO to support a healthcare facility during a leadership transition. This is a hands on contract role focused on financial operations reporting and supporting executive leadership. Assignment Details Contract role 3 to 6 months with potential extension Onsite at location, 100% travel Start ASAP Key Responsibilities Support the CFO in overseeing daily financial operations Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Monitor and support operating budgets and financial performance Assist with general accounting patient financial services and reimbursement functions Support development of short term and long term financial plans Identify trends risks and opportunities in financial performance Assist with cash management and financial reporting Partner with department leaders on budgeting and financial analysis Required Qualifications Healthcare facility experience required Strong financial reporting and analysis experience Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Knowledge of accounting and finance operations in a hospital setting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work onsite and collaborate with leadership Preferred Qualifications Experience in acute care or hospital environment preferred Experience working with centralized accounting models a plus Oracle Fusion or similar ERP experience preferred
