Caregiver needed
Location:
Brentwood, TN Hours:
Part-time — mostly daytime hours (typically 8:30am-2:30pm), with occasional evenings Mon-Fri 30 hours total
Pay:
$28-30 per hour based on experience
Job Description:
I'm looking for a kind, reliable person to help an adult with a physical disability at home. This is a part-time position that includes both hands-on assistance and light household or creative tasks. The right person will be caring, dependable, and comfortable helping with a variety of things throughout the day — no medical experience required, just a willingness to learn and lend a hand.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing physical assistance, including safe lifting and transfers as needed Light organizing and household support Helping with arts, crafts, and other creative activities Simple computer tasks Offering friendly companionship and a positive presence Helping to take care of small dog, including walks
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings Experience as a caregiver is a plus, but not required Good communication skills and attention to detail Good with dogs
