Direct Support Professional

Part-Time Direct Support Professional needed in Brownsville, Tennessee in West Tennessee for weekdays, Monday and Thursday, 4:30PM until 7:30PM and Tuesday 7:30AM until 6:30 PM. Rotates every other Sunday, 9AM until 5PM. The DSP will provide assistance and support for daily living activities for the person supported in the home setting and in the community in accordance with the Person-Centered Support Plan. Provide necessary assistance for person supported in order to meet their daily living needs and to facilitate their participation in community life. Assistance may include direct assistance with daily living, attendant care, household services, assistance with personal hygiene, assistance with meal planning and preparation. This is a pet friendly home. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess appropriate communication skills. Must possess basic living skills and the ability to provide total personal care services. Must be able to pass background check. Must pass all job related training. Must have valid drivers license, proof of automobile insurance, and dependable transportation. American Heart Association

CPR, RELIAS

training, and CNA licensure a plus.
