Job Description
Full-time Direct Support Professional needed in Henderson, Tennessee. The Direct Support Professional will assist and support daily living activities for the individual supported in their home setting on weekdays, Monday thru Friday, 8AM-1PM, and weekend, Saturday only, 8AM-3PM, for a total of 32 hours per week in compliance with their Person-Centered Support Plan. Provide necessary assistance in order to meet their daily living needs and to facilitate their participation in community life. Assistance will include direct assistance with daily living, attendant care, household services, assistance with personal hygiene, assistance with meal and transportation within community, if required.
