In this vital role, you will provide essential support to medical staff and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across various clinical settings. Responsibilities Assist nursing staff with patient assessments, vital signs, and daily care routines to ensure optimal patient comfort and safety Support patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records and assist with basic clinical procedures as directed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in diverse settings such as hospital medicine units, emergency departments, intensive care units (PICU), outpatient clinics, and post-acute care facilities Provide compassionate support to patients across various specialties including geriatrics, medical-surgical units, trauma centers (Level I & II), and sub-acute care environments Experience Prior experience working in a hospital setting or healthcare facility is highly preferred Experience in Level II trauma centers or emergency medicine environments is advantageous Familiarity with hospital medicine practices and inpatient care procedures is desirable Previous exposure to outpatient clinics or post-acute/sub-acute care settings enhances your candidacy Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as teaching hospitals or Geriatrics units is beneficial Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams are essential for success Embark on a fulfilling career where your dedication directly impacts patient well-being.
