Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing or caregiving, with a focus on patient monitoring and observation. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in the individual's condition Ensure a clean and safe environment for the individual Assist with mobility and perform heavy lifting when necessary Requirements Experience in caregiving, or related field Familiarity with patient monitoring and observation Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Ability to work with individuals in nursing homes or community care settings Capacity to handle heavy lifting tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills
