Needing DAY and NIGHT:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individual in need, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to client
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Respect and uphold the rights of residents promoting their dignity and independence
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for client
Skills:
- Experience in patient care is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to individual in need
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with client, families, and healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license for transportation purposes (if required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
