The attendant must be experienced in working with individuals who have limited mobility and must be able to safely perform transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive equipment. Duties Complete assistance with bathing , grooming , oral hygiene , and dressing Support with toileting , including bedpan use or incontinence care Assistance with feeding , including meal setup and monitoring as needed Skin care and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance Safe transfer assistance from bed to wheelchair and back Use of transfer equipment (e.g., gait belt, slide board, Hoyer lift if applicable) Repositioning in bed every 2 hours or as directed Ensuring wheelchair is properly positioned, locked, and adjusted for comfort and safety Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light cleaning duties to uphold a safe and sanitary environment Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive atmosphere for residents or clients in assisted living or home care settings Required Attendant Qualifications Experience working with bed‑bound individuals Demonstrated skill in safe transfer techniques Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor Physical ability to assist with lifting, repositioning, and mobility tasks Previous experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home health environments is highly preferred Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities enhances your suitability for this role Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while assisting clients with mobility challenges Work Schedule

• One attendant will be hired to provide both PAS and Respite Services Respite Schedule
• 12 hrs.

• 9:00 PM Regular PAS Schedule
• 10.

75 hrs. @ $14

Saturday:

9:00 AM

• 1:30 PM Sunday (Split Shift): 9:00 AM
• 11:00 AM and 2:15 PM
