Pay:
$15.00 per hour Requirements Compassionate heart and genuine desire to help others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Previous caregiving experience preferred Experience with meal preparation and light housekeeping Experience providing medication reminders Knowledge of safe transfers and proper use of gait belts Ability to assist with mobility and fall prevention Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality Must pass a criminal background check with no criminal history Drug-free lifestyle with no history of illegal drug use Authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide medication reminders Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and gait belt use Perform light housekeeping and laundry Monitor client well-being and report concerns to supervisors Accompany clients to appointments or community activities when authorized Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Complete required documentation accurately and timely Maintain a safe, respectful, and clean environment for clients Brukey Family Care is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care that helps seniors and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
