Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced, attentive , and patient Caregiver to provide care for a 12-hour shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) for a client located in North Dallas . You must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to following a C omprehensive and Structured care plan. Documentation and accountability are essential in this position.

Responsibilities include:

Safely operating an electronic Hoyer lift (experience required) Following a detailed care plan precisely and consistently Providing hands-on care Completing thorough documentation, including detailed notes and required photo updates Assisting with meals and encouraging adequate intake (may require up to 2 hours of patient support) Engaging the client in a calm, respectful, and supportive manner Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Collaborating professionally with the client's care team, family members, and facility staff

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years caregiving experience Proven experience using an electronic Hoyer lift Strong documentation and communication skills Extremely patient, attentive, and adaptable Professional, team-oriented, and friendly demeanor Reliable and dependable for overnight shifts
