Job Summary The Caregiver/Personal Attendant is responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, safety supervision, and light household support while following the client's individualized care plan. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping duties Assist with medication reminders Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior Maintain accurate documentation and electronic visit verification (EVV) clock-in/clock-out procedures Follow HIPAA confidentiality and company policies Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients Attend required trainings and meetings as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum caregiving experience preferred but not required Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals is a plus Reliable transportation preferred Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional Ability to pass background screening Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff Schedule Options Full-Time Part-Time PRN / As Needed Flexible Scheduling Available Benefits Flexible work schedules Supportive team environment

Pay:

$11.00 - $12.00 per hour
