Home Health Aide (Per Diem)

Assisting patients in their home with bathing, showering, & personal care. Positions in this function are responsible for the hands on delivery of care for patients in their home. This requires certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant.

• High school education or equivalent experience.
