Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and wheelchairs. Monitor patient observations, vital signs, and overall health status to ensure safety and well-being. Perform household tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment. Document all patient interactions and medical records in compliance with regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy. Experience Prior experience in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes or long-term care environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or special needs. Knowledge of medical procedures such as catheter care, medication administration, taking vital signs, and CPR certification is required. Experience providing compassionate patient care in home & community settings is essential. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in live-in employment or shift-based roles.
