Full Job Description Job Title:
Female Caregiver for a
Female Client Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female caregiver to provide support personalized support to a female client. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric client, and have a commitment to improving the client's quality of life. This role requires someone who is reliable, patient, and sensitive to the client's needs in an apartment setting.
Position Details:
Schedule:
up to 5 days per week
Pay:
$15-$17 per hour (based on experience), paid weekly
Location:
Plano Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide personal care, emotional support, and companionship to enhance the client's well-being Safely assist with client transfers Calmly redirect and manage behaviors when the client becomes combative or agitated Follow a detailed care plan and maintain the client's daily routine Document and write detailed care notes after each shift Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Female caregiver (due to client preference) Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields Strong written communication skills for accurate care documentation Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a commitment to respecting the client's dignity
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous caregiving experience in long-term care, hospice, or disability support Ability to monitor basic health and make appropriate observations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and be self-motivated If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the necessary experience, we would love to hear from you!
