This role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients, particularly seniors and those with memory care needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while respecting their dignity and independence.

//beulahhealthcareservices.com/careers Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Monitor and record vital signs as needed. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Help clients manage medications according to prescribed schedules. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Respect resident rights and promote independence in daily activities. Provide direct support for individuals with dementia or other memory-related conditions. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs. Requirements Experience in home care or community care settings is preferred. Knowledge of first aid practices and emergency response procedures. Familiarity with senior care principles and resident rights. Ability to provide direct support to individuals with varying needs, including memory care. Understanding of vital signs monitoring techniques. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate attitude towards providing care for seniors and individuals requiring assistance. Certification in social work or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
