House Manager - Flexible Leadership Opportunity North Eastern Services (NES) | Ogden, UT | Full-time Are you a hardworking, organized leader looking for a rewarding career move? We are looking for a House Manager who is passionate about mentoring others and building a high-performing team. The Management Perk We value results over micromanagement. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) As a key member of our management team, you will ensure our residents are thriving and our staff is fully supported.
Mentor & Coach:
Support individuals in reaching their goals for independence and mastering life skills.
Lead Your Team:
Oversee staff training, conduct house meetings, and ensure the highest quality of care.
Community Engagement:
Plan and participate in engaging activities and assist with meal planning and preparation.
Operations:
Manage medication administration (MAR), ensure financial and medical needs are met, and handle daily documentation.
Transport:

Requirements:
What We're Looking For Experience:
At least 1 year of management experience is required.
Age:
Must be 21 years or older.
Documentation:
Valid Driver's License and Social Security card (for background check).
Records:
Must have a clean driving record and pass a full criminal background check.
Commitment:
Ability to work full-time hours (initially Swing Shift).
