Direct Support Professional

Elite Achievability is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team. This position will begin at approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow based on program needs and performance.

Schedule:

Monday- 8 AM-4 PM Wednesday-2:30 PM-6:45 PM Thursday- 8 AM-2:30 PM We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong professionalism , excellent communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Support participants during daily activities, both in-center, in the community, and clients home Encourage skill-building, independence, and social engagement Follow scheduled programming and provide direct assistance to staff and clients Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all participants

Qualifications:
