Position Summary:
Revere Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Assistant to join our Pain Management Clinic. This position plays a critical role in supporting physicians and ensuring an efficient, positive experience for our patients. The Patient Care Assistant works closely with providers and clinical staff to prepare patients for visits and minor procedures, assist with patient care, and maintain smooth clinic operations.
Essential Job Functions:
Key Responsibilities
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain medical histories, and document chief complaints
  • Measure and record vital signs and ensure accurate patient records
  • Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with minor office procedures
  • Review patient charts, labs, and imaging to ensure providers have necessary information prior to visits.
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms and clinical areas
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, ensuring they feel informed and supported
  • Follow up on provider instructions, including relaying results and coordinating care as directed
  • Respond to tasks, messages, and patient needs in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA), EMT, or similar clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
