We have several positions available in these communities. The Job Coach/Direct Service Professional works with individuals with disabilities and other employment barriers while supporting greater independence and community inclusion.

Duties may include:

Develop individualized employment plans tailored to each client's strengths, interests, and goals Provide hands-on coaching in workplace skills, including communication, time management, and task completion Support clients during job searches by assisting with resume writing, interview preparation, and employer engagement Mentor clients to build confidence and independence in various work settings Collaborate with employers, community partners, and families to facilitate successful job placements Conduct training sessions on workplace etiquette, safety procedures, and social skills Monitor progress through regular assessments and adjust support strategies accordingly Qualifications Good interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to work independently in the community Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Must be able to pass a criminal background check Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Training:
