We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide oneonone support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities As a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver, you will provide meaningful companionship and foster strong connections, assist clients with personal hygiene and comfort care, support light housekeeping to ensure a safe environment, prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual needs, offer reliable transportation for outings or appointments, and provide timely medication reminders to help clients maintain dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Benefits Competitive base pay:

$16.75-$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

Training/GUIDE Respite Rate:
