We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide oneonone support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities As a DSP/caregiver, you will provide companionship and foster meaningful connections while assisting with personal hygiene and comfort care. You will support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment, prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs, offer transportation for outings or appointments, and provide timely medication reminders.

Benefits Competitive base pay:

$16.75-$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

Training/GUIDE Respite Rate:
