Direct Support Professional (DSP) / PCA / NA Private Residence - Flexible Part-Time Opportunity A private residence is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP), PCA, NA, caregiver, or retired healthcare professional to provide support and direct supervision for individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone patient, caring, reliable, and interested in building a long-term working relationship in a supportive home environment. Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision in the home setting Assist with daily living activities and personal support needs Encourage independence, engagement, and safety Maintain a respectful, compassionate, and professional attitude Follow care plans and complete required documentation if needed Ideal Candidate Has a passion for working with individuals with developmental, physical, or mental disabilities Previous experience in healthcare, caregiving, mental health, or direct support is preferred Retired healthcare workers, PCAs, NAs, CNAs, or experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply Dependable, patient, and willing to learn Looking for a long-term flexible position Requirements TB Screening Background Check Completion of all required training after hire CMRT certification Adult First Aid/CPR (hands-on training required) Most training is provided online and will be arranged for the right candidate. Schedule & Hours Flexible part-time schedule Approximately 8-20 hours per week Great opportunity for supplemental income or semi-retired professionals Additional Information Serious inquiries only.
