As a Personal Care Assistant with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administration of medication as needed Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning as necessary Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor or case manager Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to client confidentiality policies Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred
