As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering patient-centered care in various settings. Your responsibilities will include following care plans, providing direct support, and ensuring the safety and well-being of those you serve. Duties Assist client with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Assist with mobility and lifting as needed, ensuring safe transfer techniques are utilized. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients within their homes. Collaborate with family member(s) and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care. Requirements Previous experience in patient care or caregiving, 2+ years. Knowledge of care plans, group home settings, hospice care, and assisted living environments is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to lift and assist clients as required while adhering to safety protocols. Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy is essential. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role.
