WHAT YOU'LL DO

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Coach and mentor individuals in real-life situations Lead community outings, fitness, recreation, and activities Support independence and life skills development Create a safe, positive, and structured environment Transport individuals to appointments and activities Be a role model through leadership and communication ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, and Insurance Ability to pass background checks Strong communication skills Willingness to complete trainings (we help guide you) Experience is a plus — but we WILL train the right person with the right mindset. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Monday-Friday:

10AM-6PM Every Other Weekend Availability Required Residential, Community, and In-Home Shifts Available Flexible Scheduling Opportunities ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
