Shifts:
Monday thru Thursday 3pm to 11 pm and Friday 3pm to 8pm. The DSP will perform the following duties: Provide a Person-Centered Approach to Individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities Provide medication as prescribed after becoming med certiifed De-escalate negative behaviors effectively and become trained in TOVA within 30 days Monitor the Health and Safety off all residents in the home Complete all documentation as required such as progress notes, daily logs, medication records Assist the residents with daily life skills Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
