  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
  • Supervise and mentor junior care staff, ensuring best practices in care delivery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
  • Assist in training new staff and promoting a positive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to care home policies and procedures.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
  • Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3).
  • Previous experience in a senior care role within a residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
