Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate team and make a meaningful impact providing care in private homes. We're seeking reliable, patient, and dedicated caregivers who are committed to helping individuals live safely and comfortably at home. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Medication reminders Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments and support clients with dignity, respect, and empathy while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a hygienic living space Observe and report any changes in patient condition or behavior promptly to healthcare professionals or family members Support clients with dignity, respect, and empathy while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Requirements Proven experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Certifications such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) are required; additional certifications like medication administration or hospice care are a plus Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and protocols Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Flexibility to handle live-in employment arrangements or shift-based work as needed Pay commensurate on experience
