Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Community Engagement (With a car big enough to fit 3 individuals)

Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Falls Church, Prince William, Manassas City, Manassas Park, and Stafford, VA About Us Enett Community Engagement Services is a licensed Non-Center-Based Day Support program . Our mission is to provide community engagement opportunities that empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, inclusive lives. Inclusivity in Action, Community in Heart. Job Description We are seeking passionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Community Engagement services. DSPs support individuals in exploring their communities, building social skills, and learning independence through real-world experiences. Responsibilities Support individuals during community-based activities such as volunteering, shopping, fitness, recreation, and cultural events Promote inclusion by helping individuals safely navigate and participate in their communities Encourage independence in daily living and social skills (money management, communication, safety awareness, etc.) Implement and follow each person's Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals Document service notes that reflect daily activities and progress Provide transportation to and from community outings (mileage reimbursed) Ensure the health, safety, rights, and dignity of individuals at all times Be willing to start as soon as possible Qualifications Required Qualifications & Training Applicants must already have the following: High School Diploma or GED (college coursework in Human Services preferred) Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and car insurance Current CPR/First Aid certification Medication Administration Training (MAT) TOVA or approved behavioral intervention training DBHDS-required background checks (FBI, State, and CPS Central Registry)(to be provided) Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (minimum 1 year preferred) Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible shifts, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends Competitive pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience Mileage reimbursement for community outings Benefits Growth opportunities in a supportive, mission-driven organization Hands-on experience making a direct impact in your community How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or email your resume to info@mnnnholdings.com .
