Job Description

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This position is ideal for compassionate, reliable individuals who thrive in a hands-on, people-focused role and are looking to grow within the human services field.
Pay Rate:
$18/hour
Schedules Available:
Thurs-Sat 9pm-9am
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all individuals in care Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, and personal care Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Complete accurate and timely documentation Assist with medication monitoring as required Support meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
Experience working with a vulnerable population (group home or day program preferred) Active CPR & First Aid certification TB/PPD test/screening Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Proof of education Ability to pass criminal and registry background checks #IND3
