Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ## Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Support individuals in participating in social activities and community outings
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as required ## Requirements
- Experience in caregiving, senior care, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Understanding of assisted living and home care environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in social work is a plus
- Must have a valid license and vehicle to transport individuals.
- Must have at least 1 yr experience in Home Health Care/PCA This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
